60 Days Replacement Warranty: Replacement of pegs,legs,and arms is available within 60days. Customers pay return shipping charges. Minor body cracks are not covered. Email us once you found problems at the first time and documents required for verifying damage.
Notes before placing orders of wooden dummy
1- our minimum order quantity is at least 10 sets of dummies, and 20 sets if mixed models.
2- mixed models for an order are acceptable, please indicate the models you prefer before placing orders.
3- send goods by sea with door to door service is available, you just inform me us your detailed address, but you have to pay VAT by yourself.
4- would like to make OEM dummy, must provide a design. OEM dummy sample is charged double based on wholesales pricing we offer.
5- all dummies we sell are with our own craftsmanship, without permission and authourity, not allow to copy.

For bulk orders, shipping time and shipping charge is depending on your location port. Email us for details, quotes would be followed once files established. If you are the first time to import shipment through sea, we will send you files about detailed importing cost for sea shipping, IE. clearrance customs,transport and all costs happened before goods arriving to your door.
